​College Textbook Policies Advisory Committee

Act 104 of 2010 establishes a College Textbook Policies Advisory Committee as a Standing Committee of the State Board of Education. The 23-member Committee — comprised of college students, faculty, textbook publishers, college booksellers, and members of the General Assembly — is tasked with developing recommendations to improve the affordability and accessibility of college textbooks.  The Committee also is charged with updating its report every three years.
